INVESTIGATIONS - WHAT TO EXPECT

In general, most of our investigations involve having our team in your home or business late in the evening into the early morning.   It's not possible to know exactly what time an investigation will end as it depends on what - if any, activity occurs throughout the evening.  On average we complete the evenings investigation between 1am - 3pm.  We usually start around 10pm - depending on what time the activity you're having normally occurs.

Investigations are intrusive.  We need to have access to most of the location and are needed to work independently.  If the client's remain in the home during the investigations, we ask that they remain out of the work area.  There may be a time that the client be asked to assist - it depends on the type of situation you're having.  If at all possible, it is best that children not be present during an investigation - again unless we would need them to be present because of your situation.  Please understand, again, we donate our time to do this and knowing the intrusion you face, we want to be sure our efforts are effective.  99% of evidence caught is audio, so it is imperative that we have the location as quiet as possible.  Also, our investigations require total darkness (or as close to it as possible) to be most effective.  We use infrared cameras that work best in the dark and being that spirits are energy, it stands to reason that energy is best seen in the dark. 

Our investigations require a lot of patience and a lot of time experiencing each room, checking for scientific changes to the environment, asking questions and listening for and waiting for responses.  It's not necessarily exciting to watch.  Most of the time, very little happens physically and most evidence is acquired during evidence review which can take up to 4 weeks to complete.  You will be kept apprised of our progress and any evidence acquired along the way.  Along that same line, we would like you to keep us informed as to what activity you have along the way.  Please remember that in most cases, follow-up investigations will be required to have any chance in making any improvement in your situation.  Our initial investigation generally allows us to find out what we may be dealing with at your location.  From there we decide how best to handle it which most likely will require another response to your location.  Please keep in mind, you do not have to have any follow-up investigations should you chose not to.  There have been times that our first response creates enough of an effect that you may be content with your situations and that's fine... Our goal is to make your situation better - however that is achieved.  Sometimes, our clients are happy just confirming that they are not "crazy" and when they understand what's going on, are much more at ease in their homes/businesses that they don't require any further assistance.  Frankly that is what we hope for.  You have a right to feel safe and secure in your homes and businesses and we strive to give you that.
